There are no quick fixes or shortcuts to success in running. Improvement comes from a long term commitment to daily runs and slowly increasing mileage and speed over time. Mchenry Youth Running Club (Summer Running) was formed to provide kids with a positive team environment to encourage the good habit of daily running in preparation for a successful Fall Cross Country season.
